About this Presentation:
In this talk, we will cover the basics of mushroom biology, definitions of terminology associated with mushrooms, suitable species for cultivation, and methods of production. I will cover a little on pests and diseases.

About Our Speaker:

Originally from England, Rob has worked for Clemson University as a Food Crop Agent specializing in fruits and vegetables. Rob currently works in Lexington and 4 other counties in the Midlands of South Carolina, helping growers large and small with sustainability issues on-site. He is currently working on a Master’s degree in addition to his day-to-day job in Plant Pathology, awakening an interest in fungi.
