About this Presentation:
Many of us really enjoy cooking. During the course of our cooking explorations, many of us have discovered the increase in flavor cooking with herbs, fresh or dried, can give a dish. But fresh herbs are expensive and not always readily available, and some dried herbs may also be difficult to find. Join Susan Hawkins, Horticulture Extension Agent, to learn about growing and preserving your own culinary herbs. We will discuss cultural considerations and site preparation for herbs, growing considerations for specific herbs, and preserving herbs.
The presentation will be recorded for
members to view later in our Video Library.
