About this Presentation:

Mary will cover a variety of techniques such as exposure tips, composition tips, lighting modification ideas and more.  The goal of this presentation is to show participants some different techniques to help them take better photographs no matter what device they use.

About Our Speaker: 

Mary Knierim is a self taught photographer who has been enjoying photographing a wide range of subjects such as landscapes, people, urban and nature for many years.   She served as a Master Gardener in Durham County from 2017 to 2024 where she provided a range of photographs for documenting projects and activities and for web and teaching use.  Mary previously had a small portrait photography business.  Mary currently reside in Brevard NC and enjoys hiking in the woods looking for interesting plants to photograph and learn about.
