About this Presentation:
Attendees will learn basic facts about hummingbirds (nesting, feeding, migration), threats to hummingbirds, and habitat features to support hummingbirds. The major emphasis of the presentation will be on plants that we can install in our yards to attract and support hummingbirds.
The presentation will be recorded for
members to view later in our Video Library.
About Our Speaker:
Jeanne Arnts is a member of the New Hope Audubon Society, Durham County Master Gardener as well as the Orange County Beekeepers Association and is also a Durham County Master Gardener. In 2023, she received an Advanced Certificate in Native Plants from the NC Botanical Garden.
